Help Us, Help You!
Hardly a day goes by where we are not checking our call recorder, it is really useful both for us and our clients. However when the caller number is with-held it does not help.
Today a passenger called telling us that he had spoken to someone regarding a name change but because he with-held his number we cannot check, so we can’t verify things one way or another and therefore he will have to pay for the change to the name.
If he could have told us what date and what time, we could have checked, but this was not the case and it was impractical to listen to several hundred calls, unfortunately we had no choice but to charge.
Had there been a number to check, if we established that indeed he made a call advising us of the name change then we would have taken on the responsibility accordingly, but as there was not, he had to pay.
Please think about it next time you make a call to us, if you release your number it will help us to help you.
